Nearly all Hong Kong business travelers (98%) expect a “new normal” with changing norms and practices , including wearing masks (61%) and using hand sanitizer (59%). Almost 3 in 5 Hong Kong business travellers (58%, compared to 41% globally) predict temperature screenings , and nearly half (47%) expect travel enforced social distancing.
